This head instructs the magician on how to know and control the various degrees of oscillation of the divine virtues, qualities and powers from the Akashaprinciple of the zone girdling the earth for the purpose of emanation. What this faculty means, cannot be explained by simple words; it can only be grasped by the genuine magician who also deals in practice with this high science.
